Air Disaster

The aim of the Institute is to develop and improve Emergency and Disaster Medicine for the benefit of all humans worldwide.

Therefore the Institute is active in Education and Research and also offers a wide range of services in the field of Emergency and Disaster Medicine.

The Institute for Disaster Medicine and Emergency Medicine is a free non givernmental organisation and it is the Institute’s policy and philosophy to act tolerant and respectful towards all humans and towards all intercultural and religious issues.

The Institute operates worldwide.

The Institute for Disaster Medicine is located in the beautiful old University town Tübingen in Southern Germany
and it is only a 20min drive from the international airport in Stuttgart [STR].

The honourable Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen (cooperating partner) is one of the oldest and most famous Universities in Germany and has a great reputation worldwide.

The Institute in Tübingen is the first and only Institute for Education and Research in Disaster Medicine in Germany.

The Institute for Disaster Medicine collaborates closely with all relevant governmental and non-governmental institutions and has best contacts to all relevant national and international scientific Societies   (see Network of Partners).
Experts of all relevant disciplines of Emergency and Disaster Medicine work for the Institute to guarantee international quality standards.
